Terms of Service

Last updated September 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of automatecloudsolutions.com and any services provided by Automate Cloud Solutions (“Automate Cloud Solutions”, “we”, “us”). By submitting an inquiry, accepting a quote, or using the customer portal, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide custom website development, automation, and cloud infrastructure services. Every project begins with a written quote describing the work, price, and payment terms; no work is performed on a project until its quote is accepted.

2. Quotes and payment

A quote may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion, and may include a recurring monthly fee for ongoing services. Accepted payment methods are listed on each invoice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how deposits, balances, and monthly plans are handled if a project changes or ends early.

3. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of information and content you provide, for maintaining your own accounts with any third-party services required for your project (e.g. a domain registrar or hosting provider you own), and for keeping your customer portal login secure.

4. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you under that project (e.g. your website's content and design), excluding any third-party software, libraries, or templates used to build it, which remain licensed under their own terms. We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of completed work for our own portfolio and marketing.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

We build and maintain what we're engaged to build and maintain. We don't guarantee specific business results (e.g. sales, traffic, or rankings) from any project.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice; amounts owed for work already performed remain due. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for specifics.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
